Meet the Coach
Paul Rarick has been a student of personal and spiritual development for over twenty years. He's read hundreds of books by authors such as Eckhart Tolle, Tony Robbins, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Dr. Deepak Chopra, Dr. David Hawkins, Abraham-Hicks, and many more and attended multiple seminars over the years with Landmark Education and other transformational modalities such as Matrix Energetics.
Paul began his professional coach training in 1995 with Coach University. The initial phase of his career lasted about four years. While it was a rewarding experience, the traditional coaching approach was not the perfect fit for what Paul really wanted to achieve with clients. So, he walked away from coaching, not knowing if would return at some future point or not.
During the following six years, Paul started a family and helped to grow two businesses: his wife's voiceover business and an intereactive theater company. In 2004, Paul and family moved cross-country from Orange County, California (his home for 18 years) back to his original hometown of Niles, Michigan. An exciting new chapter was about to begin.
Paul encountered WaveMaker Coaching in 2005 when he became a client of Drew Rozell, Ph.d, a certified WaveMaker Coach. After experiencing the techniques and technology for several months, Paul decided to go through the WaveMaker Coach Training Program led by the pioneer of this field, Tom Stone. After working with this new approach for over a year, Paul found it to be a revolutionary way of facilitating transformational change in his own life, and in other peoples' lives. It was apparent that this coaching approach could deliver much greater results for clients than anything he had worked with previously. Paul rediscovered his passion for coaching and the next phase of his career began in 2007, when he launched OptimaLife Coaching.
Since that time, Paul has continued to learn tools and techniques that sharpen his abilities to help people make huge transformational changes as quickly and comfortably as possible. Check out the Client Testimonials to get an idea of the results that people get from working with Paul's approach.
Paul still resides in Niles, Michigan with his wife, Debbie and two children. He enjoys music and performing. Other interests include investing in the stock market, sports (mostly football), vacationing in warm tropical destinations, playing Wii with the kids, and reading.
